We welcome walk-in clients based on availability; however, we highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their services adjusted.
Clients arriving 15–20 minutes late will incur a 30% late fee if the service proceeds, as it requires us to rearrange our schedule.

Prices vary depending on nail length, design complexity, and materials used.

3. Nail Design Policy

If you are requesting custom nail art, kindly send a reference photo in advance to our
Instagram @harusnaillux.yonge.
This helps us assess the design,
prepare materials, and allocate time.

Complex designs (hand-painted art, 3D effects, crystals, intricate patterns) will incur additional
charges.

Sticker options are available as a budget-conscious alternative.

- While we strive to recreate your inspiration as closely as possible, exact replication cannot be guaranteed due to the handcrafted nature
of nail art.

- If booking a nail design set, please select the “Design Service” option when scheduling. Without advance notice,
detailed designs may not be accommodated.

Design services may take 1–2.5 hours depending on
complexity. Please avoid tight schedules before or after your appointment, as we will not rush the creative
process.

If you experience issues with your nails, please notify us within 3 days. We will be happy to
provide a fix or touch-up.
6. Nail Condition Disclaimer

If your natural nails show signs of damage, infection, or other health concerns, we reserve the right
to decline service or require a consent form before proceeding.

Harus Nail Lux is not liable for complications resulting from services performed on pre-existing
nail conditions.
7. Children & Pets

To maintain a safe and peaceful environment, pets are not
permitted in the salon.

Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. Running or unsupervised activity is not
allowed.
8. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate
behavior toward staff or clients.
